I am the primary liaison between the Sponsor and Labcorp Central Lab Services during clinical trials. As part of my role I manage the Labcorp CLS assigned study team (Regional Study Coordinator, Study Design Lead, data manager eg).• Leading successful interactions between Labcorp CLS study team members needed to provide seamless study delivery to clients. These discussions would include operational planning, timelines and study update meetings.• Ensuring that all client/customer expectations are documented and acted upon in compliance with GLP and regulatory requirements. • Providing project management oversight, focusing on key client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management using various applications and tools.• I review Statement of Work (SOW) documents to ensure quality implementation of client specifics and protocol requirements.• Managing day-to-day project related activities including a portfolio of global and local studies with vary-ing complexity. These studies range from phase I to phase assessing different conditions. These in-clude oncology, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular studies and more.
