My major duties include daily planning and reporting, fostering child development through sports, ensuring every child is actively involved in sports activities, identifying talent, and creating pathways for high performance. I am also focused on community transformation through sports, facilitating sports sessions within the community, and promoting improvements in education, health, and physical fitness.Other responsibilities involve documentation, managing relationships with school principals, teachers, sports coaches, and trainers, and coordinating with both internal and external teams. I design and implement at least eight sports activities each month, ensuring sports exposure for all children. I emphasize gender sensitivity with equity, promote life skills development through sports, and work to fight against societal taboos.
