I Manage the Sales and Operations function at World Metal Recycling (WMR) who are a metal and polymer plastics recycling company operating in the UK. My remit is across all our recycling and processing operations spanning South Asia, China, Europe and The Middle East. WMR processes over metric tonnes of ferrous, non ferrous and plastics across its operations a year. All functions across the group report in to me specifically, being the UK and European arms of the businessI Specialise in all forms of non-ferrous metals as WMR is one of the largest exporters of aluminium in the UK. We have a considerable focus on in house processing of Armoured cable of any grade. Having invested heavily in processes within our South Asian plant we are now producing in excess of metric tonnes of refined aluminium per month with direct responsibility of supplying this plant with the raw material it needs.Having managed the UK arm of WMR through the approved exporter status via the environment agency and the processing plant in Asia through ISO14001 and ISO9001 compliance. We are able operate to the highest standards of environmental governance and compliance.I am also responsible for forging new partnerships and strong relationships which will facilitate the environmentally friendly recovery of a majority of reusable resources and commodities.Specialties: Non Ferrous price evaluation
