I work on programs where failure is expensive.My background is in propulsion, power, and complex system integration across civil, defense, and commercial space. Most of the work I have taken on has involved tight timelines, interdependent systems, and environments where execution gaps quickly become mission risks.I have led engineering organizations, built teams from the ground up, and stepped into programs that needed clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution. The work includes systems that have flown and operated in demanding conditions, as well as programs that required stabilization before they could move forward.What I bring is not just technical depth, but the ability to quickly assess and align: • Identify system level risks early before they surface in integration or test • Align teams, interfaces, and suppliers when execution starts to drift • Drive forward progress in environments where complexity slows others downI have served as CTO, VP of Engineering, and system level technical lead with responsibility across architecture, product development, and organizational scale.My experience includes work within national security space programs where discretion, accountability, and sound technical judgment are required.
