I’m the Director of BD/Partnerships at Bayes Esports, the world’s leading supplier of official esports data, backed by Bitkraft, Sony Innovation Fund. I lead commercial partnerships across esports, data, and IP, working with global esports IP like EFG, BLAST Premier, and the Esports World Cup (2024). My remit spans official data rights, media monetisation, and B2B/B2C commercial models, recently including go-to-market leadership with Genius Sports (NYSE: GENI), as well as platform strategy with Google and other tier-one commercial partners. I’m also the Co-Founder of UNIFIED Gaming, a gaming-focused talent agency spun out of UNIFIED Music Group. The agency has scaled top-tier creator partnerships, working across endemic and non-endemic brands. Previously, I’ve led 100+ artist, player, and IP deals across music, esports, and gaming, as a record label founder, leading esports agent, award-winning artist manager, and shareholder in a Grammy Award-winning management company.
