ABOUT AILIN HERZKOVICH
Product Designer working in Growth. How do I work? I have a strong commitment to user-centric design principles, conducting often user research, analyze feedback, and incorporate user insights into my design decisions to create products that meet user needs and expectations. About me: I have always loved books: reading them, collecting them, writing them, designing them. I started my career studying publishing back in Buenos Aires. But when I moved to Berlin, I had to pivot careers because that degree didn\'t exist here. So, I shifted towards Communication Design, where I fell in love with academic research and digital design. After finishing my degree, COVID hit hard. I decided to use that time wisely and dove into learning UI/UX design, filling the gap from my university education. Once I completed a bootcamp, I returned to help mentor other women breaking into UI/UX, all while landing my first job as a product designer. Now, three years down the road, I\'m fully entrenched in product design, with a focus on conversions. I enjoy experimenting with new tools, telling stories, and listening to user feedback to shape better experiences. Let\'s connect and chat about design, innovation, or cats!
