Whether it’s designing governance frameworks, mentoring teams, or collaborating across silos — I love the challenge of making data work for everyone.I\'ve led and informed national and international data management standards and policy development - healthcare, government, financial services and not-for-profit.I like to create teams of highly professional, engaged people that want to use critical thinking and data to fix problems - and I\'ve been blessed to work with some of the best minds in the world to solve highly complex issues in ways previously unheard of.
