Process, administrate, and coordinate customer orders from receipt to dispatch, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.• Liaise with customers and various factory departments regarding contract elements, approvals, variations, manufacture, delivery, site work, inspections, and ongoing framework contracts.• Prepare and submit contract documentation such as electrical schemes, work instructions and risk assessments.• Conduct thorough and timely contract reviews to ensure contract performance and manage risks to business objectives.• Provide feedback to the team manager on contract performance, monitor work in progress, and follow sales and net margin, ensuring KPIs are met.
