I have a passion for people - whether that be through simple conversations, building connections, or helping them out in any way I can. I\'m an expert collaborator and coordinator who will take charge when need be. As a professional in Customer Success, these traits have allowed me to excel in the field. I obtained my Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry under Dr. Wojciech Gabryelski. For non-science folk, my MSc allowed me to develop my project management skills along with the ability to self-direct and self-start. For the science people, my research focused on identifying, separating, and detecting \"protomers\" of guanine using differential ion mobility (FAIMS) as a separation technique in mass spectrometry. It also gave me the responsibility of managing and teaching students on various analytical instruments such as the AAS, ICP, GC, ISE, GC-MS and LC-MS.
