Responsible for managing day-to-day operations by directing, training, mentoring, guiding, and controlling the Insource workforce through site Performance Regional and Operations Managers, Supervisors and Leads. This position requires combined abilities to resolve personnel, compliance, process, client, and operational issues, to be a pro-active manager, and to also develop and implement long range strategic plans for each site, forecast and develop budgets. Accountabilities to include management of the process itself, administering overall site functions, administering profit and loss statements and leading the entire site working and management team. Responsibilities to also include comprehensive management of daily client relationships at their appropriate management levels, as well as seeking out and achieving sustained site future business growth.Insource Performance Solutions LLC is now part of Capstone Logistics.
