Crescent Energy: Project Delivery Lead – Lead the first North America Upstream Energy SAP Rise S/4 Hana Implementation for Crescent Energy. The SAP scope was Finance, Joint Venture Accounting and Production Revenue Accounting. The delivery was two phase approach go-live. First phase, wells acquisition and non-operated wells legacy system migration in 3 months (10/2022). Second phase, migrate remaining operated wells and non-operated wells from legacy system 3 months later (01/2023). The project was delivery on time and on budget with no client disruption. Chevron USA: Lead PRA Noble Energy Integration into Chevron SAP– Lead Chevron Noble Integration into SAP PRA. Managed all PRA Functional testing and data conversion objects. Client subject matter advisor. The project was delivery on time and on budget with no client disruption. Occidental Petroleum: PRA Implementation Lead – Lead PRA Upstream S/4 HANA implementation for Occidental petroleum. Managed all PRA Functional testing and data conversion objects. Client subject matter advisor. BP America: Transition Manager. Worked and supported the Application outsourcing contract from IBM to Accenture. Work with BP, IBM, and Accenture leadership to ensure smooth transition without disruptions. Nexen Oil and Gas: Assessment Lead – Upstream SME. Assessed client readiness for all business areas to t start taking in kind their hydrocarbons providing industry best practices. ANGUS Chemicals: Finance Global Process Owner – SAP Finance Specialist. Identified roadmap items for client future growth. Redesigned Foreign exchange and intercompany processes. Lead offshore support team for everyday operations.
