ABOUT AGUSTIN CARRIZO

I am a passionate and results-driven hotel management professional with a deep commitment to revenue growth, hotel sales, and creating outstanding guest experiences. During my time as a Dual Property General Manager for Marriott Franchise’s Aloft Miami Brickell & Aloft Coral Gables and currently as a Hotel Manager for Atwell Suites & Indigo Hotel, I thrive on fostering collaboration, guiding teams, and ensuring smooth operations across both properties, as well as adhering to brand standards, while thriving on brand audits. My experience as Sales Manager at Sheraton Hotel allowed me to build meaningful relationships and develop targeted strategies that drove business success. At Beacon South Beach Hotel, I wore multiple hats, serving as Revenue Manager, Financial Controller, and HR Coordinator. In this role, I managed pricing strategies, optimized distribution, reviewed and executed budgets, and implemented billing controls for accounts receivable and payable. I also played a key role in preparing financial documents such as P & Ls and balance sheets and liaising with large banks for account management. I’m also proud of my time as Director of Front Office at South Beach Properties, where I focused on operational efficiency and ensuring every guest felt valued. I am dedicated to working alongside my teams to continuously enhance performance and deliver exceptional service, with an optimistic outlook on achieving even greater success together!
