As a senior financial analyst at HCL Enterprise, I work with big clients to automate and optimize their financial processes and controls, especially in the areas of accounts receivable, collection, and dispute management. I have saved thousands of dollars by creating systems to identify duplicate credits, revamp the merchandise-return authorization process, and reduce aged receivables from $900K to $300K.
