I define roadmaps and key metrics, partner with Engineering, Finance, and Operations to build data-driven automation and forecasting features, and own end-to-end product lifecycles from inception to post-launch support. Guided by customer obsession, I invent and scale solutions that anticipate and satisfy evolving customer needs while de-risking regional launches and delivering measurable operational improvements across the business.
