Making operators schedules according to what is needed to realize the production schedule2. Plan and implement training plans for new operators and workers3. Verify Operator and operational worker attendance, overtime4. Ensure the readiness of raw material for the recipe to be produced5. Ensure machine readiness for the smooth production process6. Ensure that the production process runs well according to the to the production schedule and capsule quality & production standards (parameter)7. Check compliance with physical properties (capsule crushing strength) standards ofinitial production products and adjust membrane material flow rate when necessary8. Check the product work order and equipment cleaning status to prevent product mixing when replacing products9. Check whether the operator’s checklist and work log sheets are appropriate10. Make a daily shift work log (machine efficiency, performance, yield, loss, issues)11. On-site dissemination of office instructions12. Ensure 5S and work safety in the working place 13. Any other tasks requested by team leader and HQ
