I report to the Project Manager and responsible for managing the Office Engineers, Jobsite Administrator, and on-site project administration. Other responsibilities include material and submittal management, monthly pay applications, resolve conflicts between trade partners, schedule development and updates, run weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings, developing cost control and labor recap with the Project Manager and Project Superintendent, and facilitation of quality control meetings and processes.
