Implemented a variety of projects, working from the requirements gathering and design, to the development, deployment, and maintenance- Implemented an online appointment system that reduced the collection of patient samples from over 5 minutes to mere seconds, enhancing the patient experience, and the operational efficiency in the lab- Implemented several applications for internal use that allowed the lab to handle a 50-fold increase in order volume during the COVID peaks- Implemented a system to deliver COVID results that reduced the mean TAT from days to hours, significantly reduced patient inquiry calls, and provided a certified lab report to present in airports and other places with mandatory COVID screenings- Contributed to the design and development of LabLens from its inception, participating in key architectural decisions and the initial system setup, leveraging FHIR standards, Kubernetes (AKS), and other cloud computing solutions- Integrated LabLens with Slack as the mechanism for user notifications and interactions, saving developing time and money by leveraging Slack features- Managed the first deployment of LabLens in a production environment.
