This includes- Designing and implementing a modern technology stack to support a full oversight framework across outsourced investment operations and CFO services- Supporting the buildout of Plum Island, a multi-strategy sub-advisor to NHC, including operational infrastructure and workflow design- Vendor evaluation and integration across OMS, PMS, ETL, reconciliation, EDM, and shadow accounting platforms- Establishing best-practice controls and governance, ensuring a robust operations control framework and end-to-end oversight
