As a Client Services Apprentice at Entegra, I focus on client success and account management, ensuring our clients receive the best procurement solutions and services. My role involves liaising with clients to understand their needs and working closely with internal teams to deliver optimal outcomes.Previously, as a Product Manager at XpBrand.AI, I evaluated competitors and performed market analysis to devise agile business strategies that met customer needs and drove growth. I also communicated stakeholder requirements to engineering teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient product development process.I have a strong background in strategy, consulting, and operational optimization, developed during my MSc Management degree at Cranfield University and through various professional experiences. At Kingfish Group, I contributed to revenue growth and oversaw market and investment research initiatives. I have also acquired skills in data analytics, cost-saving strategies, and collaborative problem-solving, which I apply to every project I work on.I am a global thinker and a local implementer, with a diverse perspective and a creative flair. Fluent in English and Hindi, I can communicate effectively in different settings and cultures. I am also a continuous learner and a growth-oriented innovator, always looking for new challenges and opportunities to excel.When I am not immersed in client services and strategy, I enjoy playing table tennis and experimenting with culinary creations.
