Deliver 2nd-level application support for Oracle-based Enterprise Business Applications within NCR IT (EBA), including initiating Major Incident Management during critical issues- Thrive in a dynamic 24×7×365 support environment, ensuring high availability and performance of business-critical applications- Implement, monitor, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and reduce deployment time- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless application rollouts and environment stability- Automate and optimize operational tasks to minimize manual errors and improve efficiency- Manage and monitor ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) jobs to ensure timely and accurate data processing- Provide technical support to business users, resolving issues and ensuring minimal disruption to operations- Proactively monitor systems, respond to incidents, and escalate issues as needed to ensure SLA adherence- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major incidents and deliver initial findings within 24 hours- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
