Under my leadership, the business has delivered sustained eCommerce growth, significant cost reductions, improved fulfillment performance, and materially enhanced product quality and customer experience.Prior to that, I served as Head of E‑Commerce at Autocar Parts, assuming full P&L ownership for the digital business. I built the organization from inception into a multi‑million‑dollar operation, launching an enterprise platform supporting tens of thousands of products and thousands of B2B customers, driving rapid triple-digit growth through disciplined platform design, data‑driven marketing, and multi‑channel marketplace expansion.Earlier in my career, I led mission‑critical platforms supporting millions of SKUs with full vendor automation and held senior technology leadership roles overseeing large‑scale eCommerce and infrastructure programs.My experience spans North and Central America, Europe, and Asia, with hands‑on accountability across product development, cloud architecture, AI and data platforms, cybersecurity, global supply chains, manufacturing diversification, and M&A‑related systems integration. I am known for building high‑performance teams and aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.
