The Global Process Owner is responsible for oversight and governance of the end-to-end Procure to Pay (P2P) process. The P2P process includes vendor set up and maintenance, requisition and purchase order generation, goods receipt, and invoice processing through payment, including issue resolution ownership and automation. Aligned with the corporate strategy and objectives and procurement transformation, the P2P Global Process Owner owns and refines the vision and strategy for the P2P end-to-end processes that are standardized, reliable, productive, and compliant. Responsibilities include:* Process: Owning and leading the P2P process to drive standardization, compliance, automation, and continuous improvement.* Systems: Determining where technology can be appropriately deployed and defining the functionality to support the P2P process.* People: Influencing cross-functional stakeholders, overseeing roles in the P2P process regardless of functional reporting, and managing P2P training and development of resources.* Data reporting & metrics: Ensuring definition and quality of master data, setting process targets and KPIs to demonstrate performance, driving continuous improvement activities, root cause failure analysis, and process alignment to business requirements.
