As an executive coach, I help leaders 10x their impact and 10x their relationships so that they can thrive in their workplace and in their personal lives.I am fortunate to have strong ties to the Stanford community. In addition to being an engaged Stanford MBA alum, I currently coach, facilitate and teach emerging and experienced leaders at the business school how to lead more effectively their teams by increasing their toolkit.Beyond Stanford, I have an international coaching practice that serve both organizations and individuals. My clients are global business leaders who have achieved a certain level of success and want to be more intentional about their impact. I work with organizations to offer offsites that make a difference and tailored workshops. Finally, as a certified Design Your Life coach, I help clients to create their next chapter.I draw on 20+ years of international experience advising clients in the US and Europe; experiential leadership development; an array of coaching modalities and certifications (Stanford GSB Facilitation Skills, DYL coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming, Masters in Career Management).I have lived in Vietnam, France, Spain, UK, and the US. I am inspired and humbled by my two boys who are learning their third and fourth language. When I am not running after them, I enjoy running marathons and ultras.
