As a consultant, I specialise in project management (PM) and PMO support, focusing primarily on data center solutions. I have overseen the construction, renovation and strategic development of critical infrastructure, supporting public institutions and major energy companies. I manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from early-stage feasibility studies and proof of concept evaluations to coordinating with architectural design firms and key technology vendors. I am the main point of contact for clients, partners and internal teams, facilitating communication and alignment throughout every project phase. In addition to delivering projects, I contribute to identifying new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with strategic partners to create long-term value for my organisation.
