ABOUT AGNESE BOCCHIERI
I was born in Sicily, in a small town of the eastern coast. All over my life I was dreaming to do international experiences and work in en international environment. My participation in many experiences abroad developed my adaptation skills in multicultural environments and made me learn how important it is to be flexible and make use of my own resources. But it was not enough! Indeed, during my university career and my internship in the HR field, I understood the importance of working with a motivated, goals driven and collaborative team. Every company, every factory and every business in general is made by people. Put the right people in the right position, build a solid team that give you the possibility to grow up together and look \"over the border\". My motto?\"If you really want it you will gain it!
