I am an experienced CEO with more than 25 years of global experience leading high performing product and service businesses across healthcare and aviation with a focus on driving profitable growth and commercialization of disruptive technologies. I am an engaging collaborator with an acuity for forging and sustaining customer relationships while fueling peak team performance. I am a multicultural communicator with a passion for inclusiveness and first-in-market innovation. My career path took me to two different industries with global roles based in the US and in Europe. I spent the first part of my career at GE Aerospace (GE Aviation) and after I went to GE HealthCare. Through it all, what stuck most with me is the importance of building high performing teams aligned to a common purpose with focus on customers, employees, and innovation. My personal purpose has been to make an impact on healthcare globally. As an example, while I was leading the Primary Care Ultrasound business, we launched Vscan, a pocket-sized Ultrasound with the purpose to redefine the physical exam to enable physicians to see inside of the body. I applied the same passion for Women’s Health and focused with my team to bring innovation for women all around the world, designed by women for women, to reshape the mammography experience and engage women earlier in breast cancer screening with solutions like Senograph Pristina. I have been fortunate to have had many opportunities to work with global customers, diverse teams, and partners. I was a champion of Product Management Excellence across GE HealthCare and coached product managers centered on innovation. I am passionate about diversity and inclusion. As an example, I was advising women business owners internationally as a mentor and was the executive champion of GE Girls, STEM program across more than 20 University partnerships.
