ABOUT AGNEEVESH SHARMA
I Graduated from the University of Florida (Rinker School of Construction Management) a Master’s degree in construction management, I also have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University of Mumbai.and have worked as an Assistant Project Manager on a minimum of 2 projects (‘Avion Riverwalk’ @ Boynton Beach, ‘Casamar’ @Pompano Beach, and The Main @ Las Olas, to name a few) with each having a budget in excess of $100 million. I am proficient in project management softwares like Primavera P6, Sage-300, Bluebeam Procore, Synchro Pro, Microsoft Project, Asta Power project, SureTrak & CYCLONE, TimberScan, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, On-Screen take-off, RSMeans & Timberline and am an excellent communicator, able to lead and communicate with Field Supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to assist them in working to the Project Schedule. In my current position at Coastal (Riverwalk Project), I have demonstrated my ability to develop high-performance teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring. My expertise also extends to close-out where I have established an effective Close-out Plan early in the project which includes the early collection, review, and packaging of Contract close-out documents. I have experience in managing subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, and punch list process.
