About Adam Maxwell
My professional and personal experience exemplify diversity. Diversity of experience has made me more attentive to the variety and nuance of everyday life. It has also made me more able to bring critical perspectives into collaborative endeavors. What my diverse experiences have taught me is that kindness and attentiveness are everything. When we show up in this way, the seemingly impossible can become probable, if we\'re willing to work for it.Professionally: I\'ve managed auto repair facilities and bubble tea shops; I\'ve studied 20th century existential philosophy and ecological politics, while teaching undergraduates the canonical texts of political theory; and most recently I\'ve been a public policy professional and campaign manager, crafting and framing policy innovations to maximize the potential for reform.Personally: I\'m a yogi, hockey player, trail runner, hiker, paddle boarder, and committed hammock aficionado.
