   Supporting Transformation Strategy & Enablement agenda by establishing foundational structures for measurement, governance, and tooling harmonization across the ITS VPU. Working across the Unit, Department, and partner teams in ITS to advance consistent practices and pave the way for evidence-based value delivery optimization- Contributed to early shaping of the Transformation Scorecard, supporting MVP delivery by the Data Insights team- Documenting and extending the ITS-wide ADO Standard, clarifying workflows, taxonomy, and governance to support consistent usage across both onboarded and migrating departments and units- Designed multi-dimensional metrics framework – performance, flow diagnostics, predictability, organizational friction, DevSecOps – built on top of ADO and directly mapping to relevant ITS Operating Model dimensions.|- Supported development of the Transformation Narrative through facilitation and subject matter expertise - Promote the use of AI to support Transformation work – enhance Product Backlog management, support Portfolio Epic workshops, DVS analysis and optimization, and estimation and planning for large initiatives
