Reporting directly to the MD, the role has delegated guardianship of the Adviser and Client Digital Strategy on behalf of the MD as part of the overall Proposition Vision and Roadmap.Key Accountabilities-Owner of the organisation digital strategy aligned to the Proposition vision and delivering on partner and customer expectations-Leadership of a cross functional product management, UX and financial analyst team whose objective is to continually improve the partner offering-Customer Experience – continually championing the end customer experience delivery on expectations in a continually changing digital world-Portfolio management – Overseeing the delivery of the solution’s complete roadmap, balancing the need for regulation compliance, Customer features and operational necessity-Product and Continuous Improvement champion – embedding new digital ways of working in the organisation across both technology, operations and the partner network-Adviser Toolkit translating the proposition vision and adviser strategy into a deliverable, tech enabled, series of business capabilities and processes running year on year-Accountable for the end-to-end P&L, management of operational costs, investment budget and demonstrating direct commercial benefit from both day to day operations and ROI-Data Analytics – Creating and owning a plan to demonstrate the value of data to the organisation and network-Reporting and Measurement – Creating the KPI’s and measurements which track commercial performance improvement. Working hand in hand with the Exec and functional delivery on these metrics
