Product Group - Electric Axle Transmissions and SystemsTask: • FEM calculations of housing parts such as electric motor housings, gearbox housings, power electronics covers and other parts such as mounting supports including screw connections and bearing contacts. FEM calculations of housings considering operational and misuse static load cases, crash load cases such as G-forces.• FEM calculations of the planetary gearbox assembly consisting of planet carrier, planet bolts, planet gears, bearings. • FEM calculations of the differential assembly, consisting of differential carrier, bolts, bevel gears, bearings.• FEM calculations of drive shafts, output shafts, intermediate shafts, ring gears, parking locks.• Static, fatigue strength assessment based on the simulation results according to guidelines such as FKM with AutoFENA. • Static, fatigue strength assessment of the bolted joint according to guidelines such as VDI. • Modal analysis, local dynamic stiffness analysis (LDS), PSD-Analysis of E-Axles to support NVH analyses. • Sound knowledge and several years of experience with FEM programs such as ABAQUS. Good knowledge of FEM programs such as ANSYS, Altair Hypermesh, Altair Hyperview.• Several years of project experience with E-Axle Transmissions and Systems. • Management of teams in Kysuce and India at technical level.• Experience with project management programs such as Windchill RV & S Client, JIRA.
