As a PMP Certified Project Manager, I have successfully completed a broad range of projects and programs, from system changes and upgrades to company integrations, ERP upgrades, and digital transformations, to name a few.    As a Digital Program Lead, I was selected as part of GAF\'s Digital and Agile Transformation, to develop a cross-functional digital \"tribe\" focused on two of most influential areas of GAF\'s structure - Sales & Finance. In my role as the Digital Program Lead, I define strategic and product roadmaps that incorporate business trends and the ongoing needs of our optimized sales organization. Additionally, I manage a substantial portfolio of digital solutions and direct multiple scrum and project teams in the on time and on/under budget delivery of prioritized initiatives. As a member of the IT Leadership Team, I worked with competency leads and other IT Vice Presidents to define IT strategy, develop roles and responsibilities, and help drive the organization\'s overall Agile Transformation.
