ABOUT AGHILES BOUGHETANE
I’m currently a Senior Scientist at GSK and working towards a PhD with the University of Strathclyde, focusing on gamma delta T cells. My work has taught me how to manage complex projects, analyse data to make sound decisions and work closely with people from different backgrounds to get things done.Over time, I’ve realised that what drives me most is solving problems and improving how things are done - whether that’s designing better experiments or helping teams make more informed choices. I enjoy the science itself, but I’m increasingly drawn to the bigger picture: how strategy, operations, and business decisions shape impact.I’m now looking to build on my scientific background and move into a more corporate, analytical environment where I can apply my skills beyond the lab and continue to grow.
