Serve model through a REST API and large scale production on Azure Kubernetes. Forecast ready for pickup times at Walgreens pharmacies and serve as a REST API for customer-facing mobile and web applications. Customer can view estimated times in real-time when selecting a store for pickup. Improve patient outreach for medication adherence. Build and maintain data pipelines and models for computing and forecasting proportion-of-days-covered for Walgreens chronic patients. Production through a weekly batch process in Azure Databricks. Improve WBA specialty Rx routing by building a cost model and forecasting the revenue for each channel. Initial proof of concept delivered in a PowerBI dashboard to the internal business users and further integration to the Walgreens Rx routing system under way. Build a virtual assistant bot (chatbot/IVR) for Walgreens customers from the ground up using the latest advancements in the area of generative AI and large language models. Initial proof of concept delivered to leadership.
