He leads a dynamic team of cloud & AI technologists who blend strategy, design, and engineering to bring clients closer to their customers, employees, and partners.With over a decade of experience in the technology industry, Raul has developed an operational framework that helps clients realize digital transformations, which improve their performance across various functions. He is also an expert in artificial intelligence and cloud computing, holding multiple certifications from AWS and Salesforce. He is passionate about solving complex technology problems and creating value for his clients and stakeholders.Outside the office, Raul enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and training for his next triathlon race. He is an avid supporter of Special Olympics and has been coaching his brother’s teams throughout his life. He believes that success is never final, failure is never fatal, and it’s courage that ultimately counts. This mantra drives him to be a collaborative servant-leader who empowers his team and fosters open and direct communication.
