Client: The Coca-Cola Company Global Account - 190 CountriesAs Associate Director in the global data team, I am leading initiatives to drive efficiencies and unlock new technologies through artificial intelligence (Al). Working with 190 countries across five regions, I guide teams in training, collecting, and transforming data into actionable insights for future campaigns. Furthermore, I oversee taxonomy adherence, maintain campaign naming accuracy, hold strategic one-on-ones with regional leads, and review client objectives and KPI performance to ensure measurable success- Leading implementation of AI processes for use by global teams to reduce time taken for the information to reach client- QA of AI builds and building governance standards around these tools to best support clients now and in future endeavours- Implementing 2026 processes and in constant contact with clients to understand and manage expectations to ensure a smooth start to the new year- Conducting taxonomy adherence checks on various markets- Weekly campaign name rollouts to global markets. This includes updating previous campaign names to uphold high standards and criteria set out by the client.
