Manage the onboarding process for new users, including creating IT tickets, providing necessary access, and offering initial technical support. Continuously assess and optimize data extraction and analysis methodologies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting procedures. Supervise and mentor a team of interns, delegating tasks, coordinating coverage, and overseeing time off requests to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity within the Component Reliability Group.
