I am a seasoned professional social media and community manager with a passion for building a strong connection between brands and their communities. Throughout my career, I have taken on many roles within the digital marketing and product development space. Social media and community management has always fueled my drive. Nothing excites me more than seeing an excited community or taking a bad situation and turning it around. I know my title is \"manager,\" but I have never felt like I am \"managing\" communities; I\'ve always felt more like an extension of them. For all B2C companies, their most important stakeholder is their community members. A community member is a customer who is heavily invested in the brand and usually identifies with the IP. They are SUPER important! I love being their champion within the company. Finding ways to work with developers to satisfy and delight the community recharges my batteries! Problems will always arise.
