20+ years of experience in executive leadership at high growth organizations, including public, PE-backed, and non-profit. I currently serve as the CEO of FXG Partners, which provides flexible HR leadership solutions to midsize companies. Prior to FXG, I held a variety of strategic leadership roles. I served as Chief Administrative Officer & General Manager at Silverline, a market-leading cloud services firm backed by Pamlico Capital, specializing in Salesforce software implementation and support. Prior to Silverline, I was the Vice President of Human Resources for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the largest and most respected pediatric health systems in the United States. Earlier in my career, I worked at CEB, Inc.(now part of Gartner, Inc.), a publicly traded professional services firm. Over the course of nearly 15 years, I partnered closely with the CEO and CAO to help drive the company’s growth, holding a variety of corporate strategy and functional leadership positions.I graduated from Wake Forest University and currently serve on Wake Forest’s College Board of Visitors and Chair the Wake Atlanta Board of Directors. I also serve on the Board of Directors for the Chastain Horse Park in Atlanta, GA and as President of the Alumni Governing Board of The Westminster Schools.
