I’m Agatsya Acharya, a Master’s student in Engineering Management & Leadership at Rice University with a background in IT and Electronics Engineering. My experience spans technology, operations, and leadership across academic and professional environments in both the U.S. and India.From leading student initiatives as MEMLSA President to contributing to technology-driven solutions within university operations, and previously managing IT functions in the real estate sector, I’ve developed a strong ability to connect technical execution with organizational strategy.I’m particularly interested in building user-focused, scalable solutions at the intersection of technology, business, and innovation. The goal is to enhance student experience by streamlining dining-related inquiries, improving response time, and increasing operational efficiency through technology.In my previous role as a Front Office Associate, I managed front office operations, resolved resident concerns, and developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in a high-volume environment. This experience provided valuable insight into user behavior and service pain points knowledge I now bring into building technology-driven solutions that are user-centric and impact-focused.
