Active contribution to the development of 4 existing digital offerings, with the ability to propose new solutions.>> Management of high-stakes projects for various companies and organizations, including P&L responsibility, delivery, and client satisfaction.>> Supervision of digital projects in the South-East, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.>> Participation in the commercial development of the digital activity in the South-East region, in collaboration with the sales team.>> Contribution to digital pre-sales in the South-East and, when necessary, to those of the Business Line.>> Management of the digital consultants in the South-East, involving active participation in recruitment according to the annual plan.Involvement in the development of skills and career management of the digital team members.>>Active participation in the internal life of the Digital agency, including recruitment, training, monitoring, team animation, in collaboration with the Director of the South-East Agency.
