My core competencies lie in effective communication and customer relationship management, honed through multifaceted experiences in customer service and front-of-house management.At Certas Energy, our team developed a deep knowledge of lubricants for diverse clients, enhancing supplier and client relations through meticulous CRM practices. The Seafield Arms Hotel experience allowed us to refine our team\'s ability to manage customer interactions and maintain inventory. My goal is to continue bringing diverse perspectives to procurement, ensuring smooth operations and positive client experiences in alignment with our company\'s culture and values.
