Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction-level data from credit card sources within the accounting system. Responsible for obtaining source report data from merchant services providers, ecommerce platforms and inventory management system and cross referencing against transactions recorded by the primary ecommerce platform to maintain the integrity of booked revenue values, and accounts receivable balances, and fee-related expense deductions. Maintaining the batch reconciliation reports for all active merchant deposit accounts. Complete deposit transactions for merchant disbursements that include all income transactions, customer credits/refunds, and merchant exchange fees. Working with the Controller to identify and rectify discrepancies, chargebacks, and payment errors within the merchant deposits. File and report multi-state sales and use tax payments as it pertains to retailers and wholesale accounts.
