Proactively optimize the routing of authentication traffic for assigned portfolio of customers to achieve the best coverage, quality and cost levels. for English Africa countries.• Make real-time routing adjustments based upon market conditions and quality incidents. Collaborating with the other groups (i.e, Sales, NOC, VCO, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.), to ensures that the operational parameters necessary for meeting targeted objectives are in place.• Determine and maintain the allowed vendor pool for routing of authentication traffic, including blacklisting and whitelisting of vendors and requests for both manual and automatic vendor testing for key destinations.• Supplier Quality Management – Ensure right quality supply is available for each product variant including fraud mitigation linked actions.• Act as first level of escalation from the Network Operations Center for customer complaints with no immediate resolution.• Quality analysis of partners by monitoring ASR/ACD/PDD/NER and benchmark analysis for best possible supplier choice.• Trace and analyzing End to End CDR with troubleshooting various scenarios by having knowledge of Interconnection and Voice Calls Routing with call flows.
