Serving as a Functional Consultant responsible for leading business requirement gathering through discovery workshops, facilitating sprint planning, drafting and maintaining the user story backlog, performing functional validation, and leading show-back sessions at the end of each sprint to obtain business feedback->Additionally, I lead training sessions for new tools and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with business stakeholders and end users to ensure a stable product release. I also take ownership of preparing client deliverables, such as quick reference guides and reference materials, to support change management and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the ServiceNow solution->Currently engaged with a leading healthcare provider on the implementation of various ServiceNow modules, including ITOM, ITAM, and the re-platforming of ITSM, SPM, HRSD, as well as custom applications and integrations->Previously engaged with one of the world’s largest oil and gas corporations on ServiceNow implementation projects, such as Supplier Lifecycle Operations and a custom application (App Engine Studio) for the global trading and supply chain organization’s request management system. Additionally, I contributed to the development of a mechanical integrity technical quality assurance solution for the engineering technology center, aimed at replacing legacy tools with a unified, robust, and scalable platform to improve the division’s overall productivity and efficiency.
