In 1991, when I wrote my first lines of code, I didn’t imagine they’d lead me to a lifelong mission — building technology that simplifies business and strengthens people.By 1997, I founded Exactlly Software, determined to prove that world-class products could be built out of Kolkata and serve the world. Over the years, that belief grew into a company whose ERP & HRMS solutions today empower + users across 17 countries — from India to UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia.My entrepreneurial journey has never been only about software. It’s about the people who use it, the entrepreneurs who build alongside me, and the ecosystem that nurtures them.As President Emeritus, Past President of TiE Kolkata and Past Chair of NASSCOM National SME Council, I’ve seen firsthand how mentorship, collaboration, and collective purpose can transform communities.
