ABOUT ALEC G.

As a BSc (Hons) Pharmacology student at the University of East London (UEL), I am passionate about research and innovation in the field of drugs and health. I have done MOOCs and received a Diploma in Pharmacy Technician from Alison and a Certificate in Data Science from IBM, which demonstrate my skills and knowledge in these domains.In addition to my studies, I work as a Ward Clerk at NHS England, where I provide support for patients and prepare them for discharge. I also serve as a Student Mentor and a Course Representative at UEL, where I advise and assist students in the lower years, and ensure that their views are heard and addressed by the course leader. Through these roles, I have developed my communication, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as my ability to work collaboratively and independently. My goal is to pursue a career as a researcher and to contribute to the advancement of science and health.
