ABOUT AGAMANI CHAKRABARTY

I have over six years of experience as an economic researcher and advisor, working with government, private, and non-profit sectors on various topics such as housing policy, indigenous development, labour economics, economic modeling, and applied market research. I hold a PhD in Economics from McGill University, a Master\'s degree in Comparative Politics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a Bachelor\'s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Alberta. I am the founder of ASBB Consulting, a social enterprise that provides economic analysis and consulting services to rural and remote communities, especially indigenous ones, in Canada. I am also a senior consultant at Endeavor, a global non-profit organization that supports high-impact entrepreneurs in emerging markets. Through these roles, I aim to drive economic growth and social impact by leveraging my analytical skills, data analysis, presentations, and domain expertise. I am passionate about natural resource conservation and community development, and I strive to leave a positive legacy behind by protecting our finite nature and the future health of communities. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, learning new languages, and exploring local cuisine, arts, and history.
