Create new CMS web pages and migrate existing content / localized content for countries and imagery to the new website (30 countries in 15 languages). • Transfer SEO metadata to the new site, identify gaps, and consult with the SEO lead. • Meet daily targets for web page creation to meet strict project timescales.• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather content requirements and feedback, translating them into actionable tasks. • Work closely with content creators and designers to ensure smooth project execution. • Ensure web pages are visually appealing, user-friendly, SEO optimized (on-page, keywords) and accessible across all devices (mobile first) and browsers following our wireframe guidelines.• Perform routine quality assurance checks to identify and resolve issues related to content, formatting, or functionality. • Undertake Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) with thorough review of core user journeys (application, lead forms), familiarity with country site functionality, site features and to ensure project requirements meet objectives• A / B testing • Identify and raise website issues or potential risks, following process of escalation and collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve.• Support creating of Marketing friendly CMS Training Guides for new website, including short ‘how to’ videos.• Working closely with local / regional points of contact from 30 countries.
