Design compensation, bonus, and incentive packages for new positions and promotions, incorporating job leveling to align compensation with position scope and responsibilities. Improve relocation programs to offer best-in-class support and concierge services for relocating team members, international hires, and expats. Responsible for recruiting Corporate Support Center team members across all levels, including executives, while successfully eliminating third-party agency fees.
